Health Equity Summit Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Coyote Ventures - April 10-11, 2025

Thank you for your interest in the Health Equity Summit hosted by Coyote Ventures. We are excited to have you join us for this important event. Please read the following cancellation and transfer policy carefully:

1. No Refunds:

All ticket purchases for the Health Equity Summit are final. There are no refunds issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Ticket Transfers:

Tickets may be transferred to another individual prior to April 1st, 2025. To transfer your ticket, please notify us in writing at christa@magneticmagnificent.com with the full details of the new attendee. All transfer requests must be received by April 1st, 2025. After this date, tickets are no longer transferable.

3. Transfer Process:

Once a ticket transfer request is submitted, we will confirm the transfer with both the original ticket holder and the new attendee. The new attendee will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of participation.

4. Event Postponement or Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that Coyote Ventures must cancel or reschedule the Health Equity Summit, we will provide the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled event date or issue a full refund. However, in the case of minor changes or adjustments to the event schedule, no refunds or transfers will be provided.

5. Acknowledgment:

By purchasing a ticket for the Health Equity Summit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation and transfer policy.
